Even if they were to receive a bailout, the chance of it making any improvement is slim to none.\u00a0 More money will be requested down the line when nothing improves and it will be yet another money pit with no oversight like the 700B bailout of Wall Street that you voted for (which as we all know has accomplished nothing with the exception of bailing out the execs on Wall Street, i.e. Paulson\u2019s buddies).\u00a0 GM, Ford and Chrysler have had THREE DECADES to make the necessary changes to improve their products so that Americans will buy them.\u00a0 The current economy is NOT the root of their problem – it is only the icing on the cake.\u00a0 They have ignored the writing on the wall for THIRTY YEARS.\u00a0 And now they want us to bail them out.\u00a0 Their egos and mismanagement have lead to their own downfall.\u00a0 Capitalism should be allowed to take its course; we should all reap the rewards of our hard work and pay the price of our mistakes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
